SharpSpring is looking for a Senior Onboarding Account Manager to join our dynamic Onboarding team onsite in Gainesville, FL. We’re searching for experienced and driven B2B software account management professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to take ownership of their role, and an interest in supporting the continued growth of the company. This role will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our product. The Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Department to onboard new accounts, then monitor long-term performance and metrics
  • Monitor clients’ progression through implementation, virtual training, and the certification process
  • Retain and drive revenue with existing accounts
  • Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers prior to a request to terminate
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and industry in order to drive customer success and act as a trusted advisor
  • Communicate and interact regularly with accounts to provide performance metrics and address needs
  • Act as an internal liaison to coordinate both non-technical and technical work necessary to onboard, manage, and support accounts

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in inside sales or account management, preferably with a SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, related field OR equivalent experience
  • Advanced problem resolution skills
  • Proven experience building relationships with and managing professional level business accounts
  • Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with current technologies within a business environment
  • Must be comfortable interacting with C-Level management
  • Comfort and experience giving in-person and virtual presentations
  • Familiar with the needs and structure of marketing agencies a plus
  • Experience and comfort with working autonomously (must be a self-starter!) as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation or other CRM platforms
